25 minutes from Yerevan is Mt. Hadis, one of the most popular flying sites. The site has two main t/o points. One is the summit, which can be hiked in about 2.5 hours. On thermal or dynamic flying days, a short hike from the huge LZ brings you to a lower T/O. From here you can thermal up to and above the summit and attempt X-C flights.
